Hi, I’m Kirstin- your southwest national park elopement photographer with a heart full of wanderlust, a camera always in hand, and a deep love for dogs and the great outdoors! My photography journey began as a way to document the world through my eyes, but it quickly grew into a passion for telling love stories in wild, breathtaking places. There’s just something about capturing those raw, intimate moments surrounded by nature that feels like magic.

National parks are my happy place—whether it’s the dramatic cliffs of the Grand Canyon, the enchanting desert landscapes of Joshua Tree, the surreal dunes of White Sands, or the rugged beauty of Death Valley. These iconic locations inspire me to create warm, moody, and cinematic images that tell a story as epic as the landscapes themselves. Helping couples celebrate their love in these stunning places is the heart of what I do as one of the most passionate national park elopement photographers!

What am I doing when I’m not working?

Hanging with my family, trail running, tending to my 100 plants (yes seriously lol), or taking film photos for fun!

How did I decide to become a photographer?

My husband is actually the one who convinced me! I had always taken pics on my phone, but he noticed I had an eye for it and taught me all I know. :) I started with landscapes during my incredible hikes & backpacking trips, and then moved into portraits second shooting weddings with him. Then I realized I could combine the two by doing elopements, and it’s been a dream ever since!
